Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Costs & Weight Bands

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Our shipping rates are based on the following weight bands:

  • Up to 1kg – Small order delivery
  • Up to 30kg – Medium order delivery
  • Up to 60kg – Large order delivery
  • Over 60kg – Pallet delivery

Some larger items, including dance floor panels, edging sets and heavy parts, may require pallet delivery due to their size and weight.

Full dance floor systems are collection only and cannot be sent by standard courier or pallet delivery unless agreed separately before purchase.

If an order is too large or heavy to be sent by standard courier, we may contact you after checkout to confirm the best delivery or collection option.

Delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

You will be responsible for paying your own return postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Warranty

Dance floor panels and full dance floor systems are supplied with a warranty covering electrical parts only.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, cracks, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, poor storage, water damage, transport damage, or physical damage to panels, edging, frames, trims or other non-electrical parts.

If an electrical fault occurs within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos, videos, or the return of the faulty electrical part for inspection.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a number of working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a confirmed fault, damage, or an incorrect item being sent.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us first. We may ask you to return the defective, damaged, or incorrect item to us before a replacement is sent.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will refund reasonable return postage costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange for the replacement item to be sent to you.

Returning Your Item

To return your product, please email us first. We will confirm the correct return address by email.

You are responsible for making sure the item is returned safely and securely. For higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Collection Only Items

Some products are listed as collection only due to their size, weight, or risk of damage during transport.

Full dance floor systems are collection only unless delivery has been agreed separately with us before purchase.

If you purchase a collection-only item, you will be contacted to arrange collection details.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos or videos showing the issue.

We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection before a refund, repair, or replacement is approved.

Items that are damaged through misuse, poor storage, incorrect installation, transport after collection, or general wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Delivery Info

All Items ordered by 11am will be shipped same day with Royal Mail, Parcel Force 1st class or Tracked & Signed For.

You will receive a tracking number if we have sent your item tracked and signed for. This would normally be for orders over £75.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. 

You should receive your order within 1-3 working days once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order after 3 working days please email us and we will do our best to help.
